Throughout the tour, we will share our passion for biodynamics: respect for lunar cycles, care for the vines and soil life that give full expression to the Alsatian terroirs.
You will also discover our approach to natural winemaking, where each vintage is produced without artifice, respecting the grapes and the passage of time.
The meeting will continue in a convivial atmosphere with a guided tasting of our wines, which are a true reflection of our work and the spirit of the place.
