Wine tasting is much more than a convivial moment at Domaine Achillée, it's a dive into the world of natural wine in Alsace. Settled in the heart of our straw cellar – the largest in Europe – or on the terrace facing the vineyards, come discover a selection of our iconic vintages.
Guided by our team, you explore the diversity of Alsatian terroirs: schist, sandstone or granite soils that shape the unique character of each wine. Each tasting is an opportunity to learn to recognize the energy of a living wine, crafted without artifice, and to discuss our biodynamic philosophy.
Whether you're a curious amateur or an experienced enthusiast, our tastings adapt to your desires. You leave with a better understanding of what makes our wines accessible, sincere and deeply connected to their terroir.
Tasting of a minimum of 5 wines in the heart of our straw cellar or on the terrace facing the vineyards. €9 per person, 1 hour, every day from 10am to 7pm.
